Peking University Resources Asset Management Limited is wholly owned by Peking University Resources (Holdings) Company Limited, a company listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong under stock code 00618.HK.
Ownership
The Manager is a wholly owned subsidiary of a Hong Kong Main Board listed company. That relationship shapes our standards of disclosure, internal control and accountability, and gives institutional partners a transparent view of who stands behind the platform.
We manage capital for professional investors, family offices and institutional partners through focused strategies across special opportunities, public and systematic markets, and selected private equity investments.
Licensed identity
Peking University Resources Asset Management Limited (CE No. BSV377) is licensed by the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong to conduct Type 4 (Advising on Securities) and Type 9 (Asset Management) regulated activities.
The licensed platform is led by two Responsible Officers, including Chairman Jason Wong. The Company does not hold client assets and provides services only to professional investors.
