Chairman of Peking University Resources (Holdings) Company Limited (00618.HK) and one of the Manager's two Responsible Officers. He has more than 20 years of experience in asset management, corporate restructuring and new business development, with a focus on capital structuring, strategic investment, special opportunities and the development of healthcare and emerging-technology businesses.

Xiao Lin

Senior Director

Mr. Xiao has more than 30 years of experience across commercial banking, distressed-asset management, private equity and securities. His previous senior roles include Deputy General Manager at China Cinda, Director, General Manager and Chairman of Cinda Capital, and Chairman of Cinda Securities. As Senior Director, he supports investment strategy, special-opportunity review and institutional governance.

Yijia Gao

Ms. Gao has experience in fund operations, NAV monitoring, asset and position reconciliation, subscription and redemption coordination, fee calculation, investor reporting, risk monitoring and investment due diligence. She holds a Master of Engineering in Financial Engineering from Cornell University and a degree in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.

Internal Systematic Strategy and ALGO

The Manager has an internal ALGO team supporting systematic strategy development and the investment decision-making process. Its work covers market-strategy design, quantitative backtesting and validation, and algorithm development for controlled implementation.

The team is an internal investment capability rather than an external technology service, and individual members are not named on the public website at this stage.

Subject to final appointment and disclosure approval, NuBright Fund Services Limited may be identified as the external service provider supporting fund administration, AML/CFT, investor onboarding, compliance monitoring, risk assessment and operational controls.
