His expertise centres on capital structuring, strategic investment, special opportunities, and the development of healthcare and emerging-technology businesses, having led structured transactions exceeding US$5 billion.

Ms. Gao has experience in fund operations, NAV monitoring, asset and position reconciliation, subscription and redemption coordination, fee calculation, investor reporting, risk monitoring and investment due diligence. She holds a Master of Engineering in Financial Engineering from Cornell University and a degree in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.

Internal Systematic Strategy and ALGO

The Manager has an internal ALGO team supporting systematic strategy development and the investment decision-making process. Its work covers market-strategy design, quantitative backtesting and validation, and algorithm development for controlled implementation.

The team is an internal investment capability rather than an external technology service, and individual members are not named on the public website at this stage.
